Who counts as a tester?

A tester is an owner, an administrator, or anyone whose project role can change tests, runs or bugs. People who only view, such as developers, product managers and managers, are free on every plan.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free covers up to 3 testers, unlimited viewers, one project with its full history and unlimited automation results, with no time limit. Sample projects do not count toward the project limit.

How does the trial work?

An organization owner can start one 14-day Business trial from Organization settings, Plan. Every limit is lifted and single sign-on is available during the trial. No card is needed.

What happens when a trial ends or a plan is over its limits?

Nothing is deleted or locked. The organization returns to its plan, keeps every person and project it has, and adding more testers or projects is paused until it is within the limits or upgrades. Single sign-on stops and people sign in with their password.

Do you charge for every Jira user?

No. TestPlum is priced per tester only. It never charges for viewers or for people in connected tools such as Jira or GitHub.
